Matthew Junker


Matthew Junker joined Fowkes Rodkey in September 2011. His primary practice areas are Contract and Business Law and Employment Law. Matthew provides litigation services to clients and has extensive experience with general and complex commercial litigation.

Before joining Fowkes Rodkey, Matthew completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Dayton where he graduated magna cum laude in 2008. Matthew earned his J.D. in May 2011 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he served on the Editorial Board of the Pittsburgh Journal of Technology Law and Policy. While attending law school, Matthew served as a legal intern for Senior Judge Robert E. Colville of the Pennsylvania Superior Court during the summer of 2009. He then gained valuable experience working for the Pennsylvania Office of General Counsel in the Department of Transportation as a certified legal intern during the summer of 2010. While working for the Office of General Counsel, Matthew represented the Commonwealth in driver’s license and registration suspension appeals.
